WHAT IS THE LEDGER?

Our ledger is like a pre-ordering system. It gives you the opportunity to buy a bottle of our whisky before it’s bottled and guarantee that we will bottle one for you.

WHY NOT JUST WAIT UNTIL IT’S BEEN BOTTLED?

Each of our batches are extremely limited due to the nature of the blends we create. Some batches there might be as few as 50 bottles, sometimes there might be as many as 1000. It all depends on the taste we create and how many casks we have that are required to deliver that taste. This means that each bottle might be in high demand. Securing a bottle via the ledger means that you can guarantee yourself a bottle.

HOW MANY BOTTLES WILL BE RELEASED VS AVAILABLE FOR PRE-ORDER VIA THE LEDGER?

When we have a rough idea of the blend we want to create, we will have a rough idea of the number of bottles that we will be able to produce. This will vary by batch. That number of bottles will be made available via the ledger. Once we get to the final bottling, if we are able to produce more than we originally estimated then we will make those bottles available for general release.

WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND AFTER I’VE BOUGHT MY BOTTLE VIA THE LEDGER?

That’s no problem, we will refund you and give your space on the ledger to somebody on the waiting list.

HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY BOTTLE?

Bottles secured via the ledger will be sent within 48hrs of the official release date.
